HOW TO REMOVE TROJAN:TRANTIFW.B.114

Can someone help me deal with this Trojan:TRAntiFW.b.114? I’m screwed up. My computer is at great risk with this Trojan virus. I want to get it removed as soon as possible before my credit card information been stolen by someone I don’t know. I’m not good at computer and I have no idea where I should begin. I use my computer for my work, and I don’t want to re-install the whole system. Please help!
